The Śūnyatā center encompasses the private practice which is a great source of learning and inspiration as well as all the activities and training in Polarity Therapy, Neuro Polarity Therapy and the modules of our partners in the 'school.
Śūnyatā
Śūnyatā means Emptiness in Sanskrit. There are several philosophies of thought that define it, in this case it is the thought that everything is empty of its own uniqueness, because everything depends on something else, which allows its existence. For example, the sword, only exists through the elements which produced the rain, which in turn nourished the tree, which produced the wood, which enabled the blacksmith to melt the metal. This interdependence of all things appeals to gratitude to the infinite number of coincidences that allow perpetual life. It recalls the humble place that the human being takes in the universe and underlines the importance of inclusion because it allows everyone to find their place, because each one enriches the whole.
