MAINTAIN AND PREVENT
Polarity therapy preserves and maintains health because it allows vital energy to circulate freely in the body. Its action is both preventive and curative since the restoration of energy balance helps the body to function properly. Polarity thus makes it possible to maintain the state of health of the person, to prevent illness, to activate the process of self-healing present in each of us, to improve vitality, to release the tension which causes pain and to harmonize internally with Life. Polarity is a method of relaxation, prevention and treatment.
Polarity contributes to good overall health. One of the immediate effects of polarity therapy is great relaxation associated with a feeling of inner peace. Body and mind become calm and serene. In addition, polarity makes it possible to better manage daily stresses.
The benefits related to a specific problem are often felt a few hours or a few days after the treatment. The beauty of this work is that all levels of the person are affected simultaneously: physiologically, psychologically and emotionally as well as spiritually. Spiritual, here, is treated in the sense of the very essence of being which has a centralizing effect. Polarity can contribute to the relief of many disorders:

Research
Improve the well-being of people with cancer.
Two studies evaluated the effect of polarity, compared to a control group, on fatigue and quality of life of women suffering from breast cancer during radiotherapy. In both cases, the quality of life and the degree of fatigue of the subjects who received the polarity treatments improved significantly, compared to the control group.
Reduce caregiver stress.
In 2009, a randomized clinical study involved 38 family caregivers of people with dementia. The effect of 8 polarity sessions was compared to that of as many respite periods where caregivers could participate in activities of their choice (music therapy, yoga, sauna or cinema). The authors observed significantly greater decreases in perceived levels of stress and depressive symptoms in the polarity group.
